1. Return Period
In accordance with applicable laws, you have a 30-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the purchased products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at infos@frenchiart.com. We will then provide you with the return address and all necessary instructions to complete the process.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Timeline
Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The refund will include only the product price, excluding shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at infos@frenchiart.com. We will offer either a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
No refund requests will be accepted for defective products, but an exchange or repair will be considered. To help us review your request, please include photos of the damage or defect.
5. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Personalized products made according to the customer’s specifications are excluded from our return policy. Due to their nature, these products cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to carefully check your choices before completing your order.
Additionally, certain sealed products for hygiene or safety reasons, such as cosmetics, food items, or electronics, cannot be returned once opened.
